Hey Buddy,
    In about an hour it will mark exactly 2 years since the day you left this earth. Just thinking about it still makes it seem just a horrible dream that I wish I'd wake from and everything be as it was.
   Hasn't been but a couple of weeks or so since your grandad was laid to rest at your feet.... but we knew he was going and while his death wasn't easy at least it was in the natural order of things... while yours was far from it.
    Everytime I see or hear the news about 2-3 more American kids killed in Iraq for people that hate us... killed for no good reason... and the same over here in similar accidents to your own... well everytime I see or hear of that..... I know there's a family somewhere grieving just like we are.. Someone else's future has been taken... The good they die young... so the song says...  How true those words ring today.
 
  Where once I was bitter... I now find myself numb..
     4 was an ideal number... 3 an unequal sum...
   We teeter and totter on legs of three...
      Kayla... your mom... and me...
  Something will always be missing.... and that something is you...
   We can talk ourselves into smiles... make ourselves believe  it wasn't real.. but days like today... we all know.. it's just too real... and yes too damn true.
     Wherever you are... and wherever you roam....
        know we're thinking of you... saving your place at home.
  I may not get there... but I hope by the grace Of God I do...
     All I want out of life and death when it comes...
       is to share another moment.. another day... even an eternity.... With YOU!!

To all of kenneths family and friends who LOVE and miss him soooooo much, Please except my deepest heartfelt condolences.
I lost my only son this past July. He was only 9 and was killed in a 4wheeler accident.
If only I could change things neither one of us would have a reason to be on this memorial site.
From one very sad mother to another I am so sorry you have had to face this horrible devastation in your life. It kindof reminds me of that old song by Bread "I would give everything I own just to have you back again"Please take care and I will be thinking about you and praying for God to give us the strenght we need just to make it another day.
